Hailing itself as the premier business address in New York City, the World Financial located at 220 Vesey Street (Vesey/Liberty) is home to numerous international corporations, including American Express, Merrill Lynch and Dow Jones. However, the Center also boasts the Winter Garden Shops which has more than 40 shops (Ann Taylor, Banana Republic, Gap, Sunglass Hut) and restaurants (such as Au Bon Pain, Cosi, and P.J. Clarke's). There is also a large art venue at the Center which features musical, film, dance, and art exhibitions. A number of ferries are easily accessible, making the World Financial Center a convenient stop to relax on the water.
