Category: Play
A casual hangout for New York University students, Washington Square Park (9.75 aces) has become a favorite place to relax for locals and tourists alike. Of course, a major attraction of the park is the 1895 Washington Arch, a modest replica of the Arc de Triomphe in Paris, which stands on the park's northernmost edge. The park has a number of chess tables and is a hotspot for canines to meet up with friends. There are a number of small eateries by the park, making it a perfect place to relax in the city.
